Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Finca Paradis, operated under Finca Events. By accessing or using our website, booking our venue, or participating in any services we offer, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed with a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit.

  • The remaining balance is due in full no later than [30] days before the event start date.

  • Finca Events reserves the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received by the due date.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • In the event of cancellation by Finca Events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions), an alternative date will be offered or a full refund issued.

3. Venue Usage and Conduct

  • Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and suppliers.

  • Noise must be kept at an acceptable level, particularly during late hours, in line with local regulations.

  • Any damages to property or grounds will be charged to the client.

4. Accommodation and Facilities

  • Accommodation capacity must not exceed the agreed number of guests.

  • Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Use of on-site amenities (pool, spa, gym, etc.) is at guests’ own risk.

5. Health & Safety

  • All guests must comply with health and safety regulations as directed by staff.

  • Finca Events will not be held liable for accidents or injuries sustained during the event, unless due to proven negligence.

6. External Suppliers

  • Any external suppliers (e.g. catering, DJs, photographers) must be pre-approved by Finca Events.

  • Finca Events reserves the right to deny access to unapproved suppliers.

7. Photography & Promotion

By booking an event at Finca Paradis, you agree that images taken during your stay may be used for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Force Majeure

Finca Events shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, fire, flood, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
